3-person teams work to complete paired sets of Pull Ups and Push Ups, where all reps in a set add to 21. Starting set is 20 Pull Ups, 1 Push Up. Next is 19 Pull Ups and 2 Push Ups. then 18 and 3…. and so on, down to 1 Pull Up and 20 Push Ups. For Time.
Scaling: Substitute Sit Ups and Squats.

5 Rounds for Time:
Each round consists of 7 reps, each rep consisting of the following movements starting from hang position: Hang Power Clean, Front Squat, Thruster (lower bar to back), Back Squat, Rack Press or Rack Jerk (lower bar to front), return to hang position. You must not put the bar down during a round (you must do all seven reps unbroken).
