You Have 168!
You Have 168
In fact, each of us has 168. Do you know what they are?
Okay, I’ll fill you in. 168 is the number of hours in a week. Each and every week, month after month and year after year, you have 168 hours before you. That’s the same for each of us.
What is different for each of us, however, is how we choose to spend those168 hours. How will you spend your time?
Some things are inevitable, of course. You sleep, I hope about 56-60 hours each week, because your body needs its rest. If you work, manage a home, or both, that’s going to add up to at least another 45-50 hours. Add the two and you still have 62 hours left. Okay, let’s add 25 hours for errands and miscellaneous interruptions and occurrences.
Guess what? You’re still left with 37 hours! Do you see where I’m headed with this?
The biggest reason people say they don’t exercise is that they “don’t have the time.” But it is clear that we all have the time, if we are willing to simply do it.
We all have 168 hours in a week. So why do some people seem to have time to exercise and others don’t? It’s because their fitness and health is a priority and they make the time.
It’s perfectly simple. We all have a choice when it comes to how we spend our 168 hours. Therefore, we all have a choice whether to exercise or not. So, what’s it gonna be this week? Will you choose to break a sweat with some great workouts?
We sure hope so.
