Just call CrossFit Thousand Oaks at 805-496-2077 to set up your free one-on-one Intro Session, where you’ll learn about CrossFit and do a personalized sample workout.

Then take advantage of our “3+2 On-Ramp Package” – 3 CrossFit Introductory On-Ramp Classes plus 2 weeks of unlimited regular classes for only $75. Our On-Ramp classes cover the fundamentals of CrossFit in a safe, closely coached environment that includes demonstrations and workouts, where you’ll use kettle bells, medicine balls, barbells & weights, gymnastic rings, rowers, plyometric boxes, pull-up bars and more. Once your 3 On-Ramps are completed, you’ll be ready to jump right into 2 full weeks of unlimited classes.  Note:  On-Ramp classes are held Tuesdays at 7:30pm, & Saturdays at 11am and noon; regular classes are held morning, noon and night, six days a week.

At the end of your three weeks, you can either join CFTO or walk away – no hassles and no strings attached. And remember, at CFTO we have no sign-up fees, cancellation charges or long-term contracts – just a simple month-to-month payment plan.
