Part A
7 Minutes AMRAP:
- Once across the room overhead plate lunges (M 45#, W 25#)
- 7 Jump Squats with plate.
Part B
3 Rounds:
- 1 minute Wall Ball
- 1 minute KB Swings
- 1 minute Double Unders
Rest 1 minute between rounds. Score is total reps for all rounds. Done “Fight Gone Bad” style.
