BUY-IN:

  • Squat Cleans, 3-3-3

WOD:

Part A

7 Minutes AMRAP:

  • Once across the room overhead plate lunges (M 45#, W 25#)
  • 7 Jump Squats with plate.

Part B

3 Rounds:

  • 1 minute Wall Ball
  • 1 minute KB Swings
  • 1 minute Double Unders

Rest 1 minute between rounds. Score is total reps for all rounds. Done “Fight Gone Bad” style.
