Billy-Wall-Ball-Concentration

3 rounds of:

  • 1min Wall Ball
  • 1 min. Sumo Deadlift High Pull
  • 1 min. Push Press
  • 1 min. Box Jumps
  • 1 min. Row (for calories)

Rest 1 minute between rounds. Score is total reps for all rounds, plus total calories rowed.

Billy takes aim for Wall Ball. Accuracy and Coordination are two of the 10 essential physical skills the CrossFit program strives to improve.
