Deadlift
5 rounds of 5 reps at 60% of one-rep max
Part Two (“WOD”):
AMRAP* 12 Minutes:
- 5 Clean & Jerk
- 10 Burpees
Part Three (“Cash Out”): Handstand Practice, then Stretching
*AMRAP = As Many Round As Possible
