Hi, I'm Cheyenne! I'm the resident Nutrition Coach here at CFTO. I earned my Bachelors in Nutrition and Dietetics from New York University, and I am a certified Sports Nutrition Coach through the International Sports Sciences Association. I'm a lifelong distance runner-turned-CrossFitter, and I have a passion for all things food.

There is nothing I love more than helping people combine their love of food with their love of fitness. Whether you're a semi-pro athlete aiming for the Games, a stay-at-home parent getting in their "Me Time", or a young professional blowing off steam, we all have to fuel our bodies properly in order to perform in the gym. That means eating enough, eating the best quality food we can get our hands on, and enjoying it!

My coaching style is based upon building positive habits that will set you up for success. Following the trendiest diet or counting macros may seem appealing, but none of these fancy tricks are going to work if we don't focus on the simple building blocks first-

"Drink water."

"Eat protein at each meal."

"ACTUALLY EAT! Believe it or not, you actually need more than 1200 calories a day!"

These habits, mundane as they may seem, are the most significant for your long-term health. Whether you are at the gym for the long-haul, or just trying out a fun new way to train, my goal is to help you create a healthy way of eating that fits with your lifestyle and is enjoyable for you!
