BEACH WOD!

No regular class at CFTO. 

****BEACH NAME IS PENINSULA BEACH******
Its at the very end(top) of Spinnaker Dr.
Zoom in on the map above and you will see it.

Look for the Red truck and CFTO sign. 
Its just up the road from Surfers Knoll beach

The non-crowded beach has FREE parking right next to the sand, breakers out in the water for easy swimming w/ calm water, restrooms, and volleyball courts. 

The WOD will be coach lead by JP and possibly other CFTO coaches. Fun, but challenging movements with swimming involved. If you dont wanna swim, we can easily modify.

Cash out will be beach soccer and hoover ball( volleyball with med-balls)

Bring the kids,family, food, water,ect and get ready for a fun day!!
